The referral process
1. Get in touch
Call 07944 073493 or email [email protected]. Referral enquiries are monitored 24 hours a day, including weekends.
2. Share the information
Provide the person’s age, needs, strengths, risks, goals, current circumstances and preferred move-in date.
3. Initial response
We aim to acknowledge new referrals within two hours and confirm availability or request further information.
4. Assessment and move-in
We assess individual needs, risks, location and household compatibility before planning a safe and welcoming move-in.
