A comprehensive support proposal
Our experienced team reviews each referral with a strong understanding of safeguarding and risk. This includes comprehensive risk assessments, person-centred support plans and transparent pricing to help you make an informed decision.
Safeguarding at the centre
Led by experienced social workers and delivered by trained staff, with clear safeguarding procedures and on-call management support when needed.
Progress-focused support
We work with each young person to identify their goals and recognise their achievements. Progress is reviewed regularly, helping local authorities understand what is working and where further support may be needed.

- Individually planned support based on assessed needs
Access to 24 hours staff support in line with the agreed placement and support plan. Our trained staff support young people to develop practical independent-living skills, including cooking, budgeting, managing bills, maintaining their accommodation, attending appointments, accessing education or employment, and building healthy daily routines. Support is individually planned with each young person and reviewed regularly in partnership with the placing authority.
