Floating support service

From a young person's first step into independent living, our floating support service assists with a range of activities in their own home. We make sure the move into tenancy goes smoothly, with continued support and a post-tenancy period of further help if needed.

Our Support Team

Our skilled and experienced support workers provide practical, consistent and person-centred support. Led by an experienced social worker, the team works closely with each young person or young adult, their placing authority and other professionals.

Support is tailored to the individual’s assessed needs, strengths and goals. The level and frequency of support are reviewed regularly and adjusted as their needs change.

The level and frequency of support are agreed with the young person and placing authority and reviewed regularly.
